What you’ll do

You’ll own end-to-end product quality across web and mobile. You’ll build testing discipline across the team, prevent critical bugs, and make releases safer and more predictable.

Responsibilities

• Define QA strategy, test coverage goals, and release quality gates
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression suites
• Build and improve automation where it provides real value
• Work with Engineering/Product to prevent issues early
• Improve tooling, processes, and reporting for quality metrics

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in QA/testing (web + mobile)
• Strong test case design and QA process ownership
• Experience driving quality in fast-moving teams
• Comfortable owning releases and working cross-functionally

Nice to have

• Automation frameworks and CI integration
• Performance/load testing experience
• Prior startup experience
